Accelerated Math: Information Session for Parents
Learn the ins-and-outs of accelerated math placement policies for schools in the local area. Find out how students are placed into these programs, which students their suitable for, and what you should be doing now to ensure an appropriate math placement for your child.
Picking the Perfect Book: Information Session for Parents
This information session is designed for parents of gifted and talented students in Kindergarten through 4th grade. This information session will review literacy rates among students, strategies for inspiring reluctant readers, how to select age-appropriate books for advanced readers, how to identify and/or understand your child’s reading “level,” and more.
Mommy and Me “Book Club”
Join me for a Mommy and Me book themed play-date. This event is intended for moms and their children ages 0 to 6. I’ll supply coffee, coloring pages and coloring supplies, and space. I ask that every family bring something related to the book theme — a toy to share, a book-themed snack, a book-themed craft, a song to teach everyone, etc.
Family and Friends Board Game Club
Kids ages 0 to 13 are invited to bring their family (of all ages!) and friends to our Board Game Club. Enjoy playing one of our many games or bring your own to share!
Teacher Prep Night
Turn your teacher prep into a social experience. Join us for snacks and drinks, prep for your classes, and meet other teachers in the area. Our school is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare AMAZING lessons and activities including a laminator, color printer, binding machine, and more.
